Fees

We appreciate that Childcare fees are a significant cost to families.

We are experienced in navigating the Governments Funded Sessions and the Governments support schemes that assist families with their childcare fees, to ensure you receive the most cost effective solution.

For families who are eligible for Universal Credit, please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk. The Childcare Element of Universal Credit provides up to 85% reimbursement of Childcare Fees*

For families who are not eligible for Universal Credit, please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk. The Tax Free Childcare scheme provides a 20% contribution towards Childcare Fees*

The Government provide support for parents paying for nursery fees up to the point where one partner earns over £100,000. As such there's usually a scheme to assist the majority of household circumstances.

Please call or message us and will be able to determine the best course of action for your circumstances.

We have experience in supporting parents studying at College or University. Please contact us and we will able to assist whether the support is via a Bursary through College or a Student Loan Company supported scheme for University.

Funded Sessions

At Shining Stars Day Nursery we deliver Funded Sessions for children aged 9 months and over.

For working families, the funding commences the term after a child's 9 month birthday.

For other circumstances, please contact nursery and we will guide you through the eligibility and application process.

Please visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk to check the entitlement for your child. For all age groups the Funded Sessions are stretched over 51 weeks.
